If you'd like to return a product it must be unused and in its original packaging. Please get in touch with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return and we will send details of how to complete your return. All returns must be arranged prior to posting; we cannot refund unsolicited returns.

Products are made to order. We aim to bake and send them out as soon as possible, with a 2 week maximum turnaround.
